Born and raised in Texas, I started my notary business because I wanted to build something of my own while serving the community that raised me.I’m an NNA Certified Signing Agent, background screened, and covered by $100,000 in Errors and Omissions insurance. I bring professionalism, care, and attention to every appointment.Some of the most meaningful signings I do aren't closings at all. They're a Power of Attorney at a hospital bedside, or a healthcare directive at a nursing home. Transparent Pricing
Texas law establishes maximum fees for notarial acts. Acknowledgments are $10 for the first signature and $1 for each additional signature on the same document. Oaths and jurats are 10 dollars. Online notarizations add $25 on top of the standard fee, per notarial act.Travel, printing, rush, after hours, and parking are quoted separately when applicable.No travel fee applies when you meet me at my designated location. Only the applicable notarial fees will be charged.You'll always get a clear, upfront quote before I confirm your appointment.
